My qualifications for this position begin with my experience as an owner-operator of a business in the Sonoma Valley for the past 38 years. Previously, for 15 years, I worked as a national business manager for a Fortune 500 company.

For the past 17 years, I have served on the Valley of the Moon Board of Directors, serving on numerous committees within the District and County of Sonoma to promote emergency life support and fire protection.

I served for 14 years on the Sonoma County Local Agency Formation Commission Board as a commissioner representing the category of Special Districts identified as Class One Fire Protection Districts.

In the past 17 years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge. I believe I have the necessary qualifications to continue being an asset to my community and to serve all special districts, as well as interested groups within the Valley of the Moon Fire District and as a member of the Sonoma Valley Fire and Rescue Authority.

We seek to improve our service to Sonoma Valley residents. Our staff and fire personnel are tops in their profession. As a fire agency, we are dedicated to serving our community in any way that we can.
